Refund policy
Personalised Items
Any item that is personalised is NOT eligible for a return or refund. However, if for whatever reason your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will get you a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
Non-Personalised Items
Items that are not personalised are eligible for a refund, and must be returned within 14 days after the original delivery date.
Items must be returned in original packaging and original condition. If the item has been used or worn, no refund will be able to be processed.
PLEASE NOTE: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of your return.
How to Initiate a Refund or Return
Please email us at TheKraftyGoose@outlook.com quoting your original order number, stating the reason for your return.
If you are requesting a replacement for a faulty or damaged item, please provide photographic evidence to support this.
Once your return has been authorised, you will be provided with the return address for your item.
On occasion, a faulty or damaged item may need to be examined to identify the cause of the damage, but this isn't often.
