Shipping policy

I hold a business account with Royal Mail, and all products are shipping using their services.

Turnaround times will vary, depending on product purchase. The majority of items will be processed within 7 days.

Some items may take a little longer, up to 4 weeks (e.g. Personalised Robes and Pyjamas). I do not hold stock of these items, and these are all ordered according to customer orders. Orders are placed with my manufacturer every week, and can take anywhere between 7-21 days to arrive with me, depending on busy periods.

During peak seasons, turnaround times may be a little longer, so please contact me if you require your items within one month of your purchase date.

Please rest assured we are always working hard to get orders complete and dispatched as soon as we possibly can. Please email us at TheKraftyGoose@outlook.com if you need your order more urgently than this. This can also apply to existing orders, or if you’d like to enquire as to whether we can rush a potential order through for you.
